- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If customer wants me to pick up materials the estimate will include that or customer has option to only pay for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the new project for initial estimate and understanding of what we are dealing with. Agreeing on a price and payment terms is next. Then we would proceed with the project as to have materials picked up/dropped off. Work until job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice with a few different GC while I was still learning the craft. This have me an inside look at how things are done!
