Larenz fixed a leak in our air conditioning condensation lines, charged and cleaned our units, and also changed our house's water filtration system. He did quality work in hot weather, including up in the attic where it was over 100 degrees. Larenz does air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical, seeming quite knowledgeable in all three fields. We have an issue with Zelle, which is causing Larenz and me some unnecessary anxiety, but otherwise it was a pleasant experience, and I can vouch for the quality of Larenz's work.

Our upstairs AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. It was also a holiday weekend so I thought I’d have a hard time finding someone to come out. Thankfully, Mr Suggs responded quickly and was able to come out within a couple of hours and resolve the issue quickly. He was a bit more expensive than what our regular HVAC serviceman would have charged, but he wasn’t available and with it being an extremely hot holiday weekend, I was willing to pay a little more. He was pleasant and professional. I will consider him again for some of his other services.
