Being they had few reviews was not sure what to expect but, the response and communication was quick, they accommodated my time, the handyman did a very professional job at re-grouting my bathroom and best of all kept the place neat.I also learned they do pressure washing so will use them for my driveway as well. Great overall experience.

The contractor installed a specialized door for me. They arrived on time and the installer appeared to be really passionate about their work. They did take their time, which I loved as sometimes contractors appear rushed. I particularly loved their attention to detail, and the fact that the owner ensured I was satisfied every step of the way. I did have a concern with one area of the installation, and when I brought it up to the tech, he was not defensive and took my input seriously addressing it without hesitation. The owner called after the job to ensure I was satisfied, which I valued greatly that level of customer service goes a long way. The pricing was fair, reasonable, and firm. I did require some additional woodwork trim and that was an added cost due to materials, which was understandable. Otherwise, the contractors did not suggest any unnecessary change orders. I will definitely be using them again.

My front door handle/latch would not open from the outside. Found ProServe on Thumbtack. they responded immediately. Kevin kept me informed and followed up. Oscar showed up and was amazing.
