Pricing is based on the type of coaching, session frequency, and whether training is virtual or in-person. We offer flexible options for individuals at different fitness levels and goals. Package rates are available for clients committed to long-term transformation and consistency. Every client receives personalized coaching, accountability, and program support designed to deliver real results — not generic workouts. We also offer consultation calls to help determine the best program fit before getting started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand the client’s goals, fitness background, lifestyle, mindset, and current challenges. From there, we create a customized plan focused on sustainable progress, accountability, and performance. New clients typically go through: • Initial assessment and goal-setting • Movement and fitness evaluation • Customized training plan • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance • Ongoing accountability and progress tracking • Program adjustments as results improve Our coaching focuses not only on physical results, but also confidence, discipline, and mental resilience.
