She wasn’t on time. We planned for 10am. She messaged she would be running late and she would be here at 10:30 am. She didn’t get here until 11:00 am. She quoted me $190 for a deep cleaning for a 3 bed room. Since she was running late I felt like she wasn’t coming so I went ahead and got started cleaning myself. Me and my daughter cleaned the kitchen. So all she cleaning lady did was wipe the counter tops, cabinets and mopping the kitchen floor. one bedroom room and one bathroom were already completed. I was starting my bathroom when she arrived. So I had already completed my bathtub, my countertop and sinks. All she had left to complete was the shower, toilet, sweep and mop. She cleaned my youngest daughter room with my daughter’s help. She didn’t have much to do in my living room. It was half way cleaned by the kids. Basically sweep the floor, mop and vacuum. My oldest is very particular about people being in her room. She cleaned her own room up. Only thing she did was vacuum my daughter’s floor. When she got ready to leave we discussed the price. She then quoted me $180. I asked for. I told her the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were completed before you got here. She said because of the work she had to do. But she didn’t do all the baseboards or the window sill or any dusting that was included in the price.

The experience was ok but I asked for a deep clean. It seems like I got a general clean. There were smudges on the walls. My microwave wasn’t cleaned at all. The drain grates in my kitchen sink still had scuzz in it. On the surface everything was cleaned and that was nice. I thought I’d get more for a deep clean.
