Jaiwann was professional and on time for our scheduled appointment. He was equipped with all necessary supplies and did an excellent job. My service included dusting, cleaning of floors, vacuuming, linen changing, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning. Not a spot was missed. I would book again in the future without a second thought. The cleaner did an ok job. There were a lot of streaks left on my appliances and TV, and my refrigerator wasn't really cleaned properly. The young man was very nice and professional. But I will not be using this service again.

Good Afternoon Monique, Just heard good things about you and your home . We appreciate the review , however your TV wasn’t touched . The same streaks from before the clean and dust wasn’t touched . We do not touch devices unless requested. We didn’t send out any products for a TV screen . Also, he mentioned to you that the glass storages In your fridge traps food and there’s no way in to get the food trap out , which you agreed that you have the problem . Situations like that we do not go deep into to be safe with any distraction on furniture and appliances in customer homes . We really are saddened that you won’t be using us again, hopefully we can make it up to you. Your home was very clean after we left . Thank you for choosing us !
