- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing! Negotiations is always available! Why? Because I can understand how a price can be too much for spaces where isn’t much and a price too small for much to do. I like to be fair! 1. First time cleaning price is a little higher when the customer will continue using my services, then depending between how much time I’ll be coming back (weekly, bi-weekly, 3weeks or monthly) the price reduces. 2. Pricing can change (not huge amount) base if there is more to do or less. 3. Discount for recurring cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love having clear communication! I like to be clear about what I can do and get to know my customers needs! Negotiations are part of the process to have everyone get what they need!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training I would say my MOM!! From the typical Saturday morning home cleaning to working with her several years for about 13 hrs.
