She did a wonderful job deep cleaning one of our bedrooms that a tenant moved out of, and a standard clean on the rest of our home! She also added small touches of her own that really just took her attention to detail over the top. It’s no easy feat cleaning up after 6 animals and 3 adults. I will still be doing my usual cleaning once a week but totally going to use her services to ensure a thorough clean every few weeks where I have missed and fall short on. She does a way better job than I could ever do. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing! Negotiations is always available! Why? Because I can understand how a price can be too much for spaces where isn’t much and a price too small for much to do.
I like to be fair!
1. First time cleaning price is a little higher when the customer will continue using my services, then depending between how much time I’ll be coming back (weekly, bi-weekly, 3weeks or monthly) the price reduces.
2. Pricing can change (not huge amount) base if there is more to do or less.
3. Discount for recurring cleaning!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love having clear communication! I like to be clear about what I can do and get to know my customers needs! Negotiations are part of the process to have everyone get what they need!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training I would say my MOM!! From the typical Saturday morning home cleaning to working with her several years for about 13 hrs.
