- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my dropping the trailer off and the customer loading it. I offer helping the customer and I am also willing to load it myself if they have items that I can load alone. If I load it alone there is an extra for both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to my customers and listen to their concerns and needs like they are family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years over the road driving experience.
