- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Costs are based on the size of the load, type of materials, and labor required. We provide free estimates with no obligation and no hidden fees. Same-day service is available when possible. Discounts may be offered for smaller loads, repeat customers, or multiple items removed at once. Disposal and recycling fees are included in the quoted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for New Customers: Contact & Estimate – Customers call or message us with details about the items to be removed or materials needed. We provide a free estimate based on volume, materials, and location. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule a convenient pickup or delivery time. Same-day service is available when possible. Service Day – We arrive on time with our dump trailer or pickup truck, load or deliver materials efficiently, and treat your property with care. Responsible Disposal – All junk is disposed of properly at licensed landfills or recycling facilities. Payment & Follow-Up – Payment is collected after service is completed, and we ensure you’re satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in junk removal, material handling, and property cleanouts. Our work is supported by practical training in safe lifting, loading, and hauling practices, as well as knowledge of proper disposal and recycling regulations. We are committed to ongoing learning to ensure safe operations, efficient service, and responsible waste disposal.
