- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep pricing fairly consistent with every new customer in comparison to my current customers. Most customers all want the same type of service so there is no reason to increase a new customers price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly discuss the type of service they are looking for and if it is something within my scope of work I will assure them they will be happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for the biggest lawn company in the state of Georgia and gained tremendous experience. There is nothing that a lawn can surprise me with. My experience and knowledge is maximized.
