Our pricing is transparent — we provide a full breakdown of the flat rate, gratuity, taxes, and any credit card transaction fees. We also offer seasonal promotions, group discounts, and event packages. There are never hidden charges, and everything is clearly outlined before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by confirming details such as pickup location, destination, date, and time. Then we request flight or event information if needed, and prepare a detailed quote and invoice through our booking portal. Once confirmed, we assign a chauffeur and provide the client with updates leading up to their ride.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I’ve received professional training in customer service, safety, and chauffeur standards. I also maintain all proper licensing and insurance required for limousine and ground transportation services in Georgia.
