Good Shepherd Roofing replaced my old roof. I am happy with the work they did and greatly appreciate the small concessions and requests that make you feel that you are appreciated as a customer and that you are not just a one time sale. As an example, Brock kept his word by not demanding more money from me that the insurance company did not cover but was entitled to. That was a sign of good business and customer care. Good job!

Dustin did great work. He worked directly with our insurance adjuster to get everything squared away. Then day of the install he called a second crew in to work so they could finish early knowing I had two small children who would need to be home for naps and such. The roof looks great and the guys were polite, informative and friendly. They did an amazing job!

Dustin is simply the best! I recently had a bad experience with my roof that was installed by a different roofing company and was looking for a second opinion. A quick Google search brought me to Good Shepherd Roofing. I was greeted warmly by Tracy, and then I was immediately contacted by Dustin. Although I am out of company's service area, Dustin was still willing to assist me in any way that he could. Dustin is knowledgeable in his craft, fair, a great listener, and extremely helpful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide special discounts for first responders, law enforcement, active military and military veterans. We also have seasonal discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process will be to perform a complimentary inspection. After our inspection we will provide the home owner options on repair or replacement of their roofing system. If a replacement is necessary and an insurance claim is valid we will work with the homeowner and their insurance company to ensure the process is handled in a streamlined way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the National Roofing Contractors' Association. There are only a small group of roofing contractors that are members. Part of our membership includes ongoing training and certification programs which we take seriously to ensure we are always delivering the best service and material choices to our customers.
