I am a former IRS Auditor and Management Official, with over 20 years of experience in business, individual and non-profit tax law, tax return preparation, collection and account resolution. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly pricing, as well as fix pricing, depending on the service needed. For customers who require ongoing work, I offered discounted packages on my rates. Additionally, I offer a 10% military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer decides to work with my firm, I give a free consultation to assess all of their needs and answer any questions they may have about the work they are hiring my firm to do. I provide them with a welcome packet, consisting of firm information and pricing, as well as tax publications relating to their individual concerns and needs, in an effort to get them engaged and informed about the financial health of their business or individual needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Business Management, with an undergrad second major in Accounting. I also possess an MBA. My college education and IRS experience has equipped me to be an effective and trusted advisor in business consulting and management, as well and tax preparation, planning and education.
