- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From startup entrepreneurs to top level executives, we start at $295 and give you the same proven systems and advice that have scaled businesses into the multi-millions. From there we can determine what's your next best step. Attracting new clients, adjusting pricing, employee issues, streamlining operations, contracts, a specific challenge, whatever it is we can handle it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process adapts to the size of your business whether you’re a family-owned shop, a healthcare practice, a franchise, or an online business. We begin with an assessment to uncover your unique strengths and roadblocks. Then I deliver a growth plan that usually pays for itself several times over. Depending on your needs, I can provide one-time consulting, hands-on implementation, or ongoing partnership support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a doctorate degree and have been a business owner for more than 25 years, but what really sets me apart is the mix of formal education and practical training. I’ve studied business growth and leadership with Tony Robbins, Alex Hormozi, and WISE Executive Training, and I’ve personally mentored hundreds of small business owners on how to grow profitably. Along the way, I’ve also built and sold two companies in high seven-figure private equity exits, so I know exactly what it takes to create a business that not only runs well but is truly valuable.
