- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest with my pricing and I do not overprice my work. You can trust that the price I quote is going to be fair and reasonable. Yes, you can probably find cheaper.. but quality of work is my main focus! I hope to retain you as a future customer and also hope you had such a positive experience that you will pass my name along to others. Because of this I don't negotiate the price. I guarantee my work will be worth it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free in person quotes. This allows me to visually see the work site, identify exactly what needs to be done and answer the customers questions right away. This way there are no surprises for me when I show up to work and no surprises for you on the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a lineman for 21 years and ran the excavator and skid steer for my crews the majority of the time. I understand the requirements the power companies set for your conduit installs.
