What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm knowledgeable. I know the difference between products and how they work, which is super important. Feel free to quiz me. My pricing is basic thought of labor, materials needed and gas used. Plus a dollar. And you’ll get the quality work that you want out of me without really having to ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical new customer process would include explaining the process after hearing the situation. Then telling the customer how I will address it and what they can do to speed up the process or help the process along with how many treatments and visit we will need to make so that the customer gets the knowledge that they need and they know the process that it’s going to take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing pest control for quite some time. Now I’m licensed and have passed multiple test for this field.
