Sharon & Amber did a very good job for 1st time in my house. They had reviewed my cleaning list on-line. They were both thorough in cleaning each room & used my products of choice on antiques, glass, etc. They also came prepared with their own products/equipment. They did not, however, wear masks. A vinegar solution was used on the kitchen tile, but it is highly acidic & not good for grout (per Martha Stewart site as it can weaken/damage the grout). My tile is porcelain and, with animals in and out, I prefer Mr. Clean (or similar) or Chlorox-type cleaner for their antibacterial properties in the future. Vinegar is not effective on Covid virus per CDC but Chlorox is. CDC has an online list of products that work against COVID at https://cfpub.epa.gov/giwiz/disinfectants/index.cfm

We can't rave enough about the level of service we received from this crew. They were excellent in their attention to detail and thoroughness, and they didn't stop until the job was done. We used them to clean our house after moving out, and they cleaned every nook and cranny with love and care as if the house belonged to someone that is dear to them. Honestly wishing we didn't move so far away because we would definitely be interested in them coming routinely. Who knew such a gem was right under our noses in Cleveland the whole time? The pricing was beyond fair, and the value for money is through the roof. Book them, you absolutely won't regret it. Moving sucks in the best of times, but this crew made this part of the transition a cake walk. Super easy to work with and such dream results... I wanted to move back in. Thank you for all your hard work and those long hours. I can't express my appreciation enough. You guys rock!

Moved into a new rental and was told it was cleaned but it was not. So happy I used them. Place looks amazing. Very thorough. Would for sure use them again for bi-weekly cleaning and move out for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for . We will clean your home like it was our mom's house . we take our time and won't leave till you are 100% satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
100 to 800 depends on the size and what the people need done . windows are 5 a piece and stove and fridge are 45 a piece.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
hands on learned as I went and perfected the way I clean and the process.
