Brent did an amazing job fixing my backyard fence gate which was broken. He also made sure to fix the shoddy job previous contractor had done with the hinges damaging the gate. He gave an accurate estimate before starting the work too

It was a great experience since this was the first time I had used Thumbtack. Brent King did the job on a ceiling leak we had. The repair he did was excellent, and he explained & showed us everything along the way of what he was doing. I would highly recommend him! Quality work!

Brent is now my go-to person if I ever need anything done for my home. He came in to fix a botched drywall job by a family friend and he was meticulous. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gold City Renovations LLC. is a very experienced company. With over 30 years of experience, we pride ourselves on being punctual, accurate, and cost effective. Experience and expertise do come with a price. Yet, no job is too small or too large! We work with all budgets large and small. The more work that is needed we are always looking to save the customer as much as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we strive for professionalism, treat every customer and home as if it was our own. We will meet at your home to discuss your budget and have professional contracts signed prior to work starting. At the end of project, we will go over the work and will never leave until work is 100% to your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of construction experience. I started in framing new construction homes in 1996. After a few years later transferred into high end custom painting. Which lead to my first painting company in Jacksonville Florida. King Painting and Renovations LLC. We were very successful for numerous years and now we are serving Northeast Georgia and all surrounding areas with Gold City Renovations LLC.
