I have him saved as “Ben the Plumber” in my phone just in case I need him in the future! Ben is a lifesaver. I am a new homeowner and the house wasn’t in the best plumbing situation. Excellent experience! Ben responded immediately and came out the very next day. He communicated with me until he was on his way, something I value. He's knowledgeable and efficient, and taught me some important things about the issue I was dealing with. Even though it was later in the day, he left to pick up a part and didn't leave until the job was done. And he's reasonable! What more could you ask for? Hire him!
