I had an emergency on a Sunday and they came and replaced my toilet and repaired the problem. Everyone else was saying wait till Monday. Sometimes plumbing problems can't wait till traditional hours. They were really nice and kind and understood my sense of urgency with the matter. I will say if you have a preference on toilets then if possible purchase your own. They did purchase my toilet and brought it with them for replacement that's the only thing I am unhappy with. As far as service, professionalism, kindness, a sense of respect to a customer's urgency and needs top priority for this company. Will use them again in the future.
