Todd came by earlier than expected, called when en route and stayed when i was stuck in traffic. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately. Although technically the plumbing job was not an emergency (sewerage was not pouring onto the floor), I could not use any toilets or take a shower until the job was done. Others were all saying they could not give me an estimate until they arrived. I have had this clogged toilet issued repeatedly and knew precisely what had to be done. Pipe DreamZ Water and Sewer delayed less urgent customers in order to come to my home at 7:00 pm to clear the line. The price matched the estimate given. Both of us were satisfied. Others who said "You never know what it could be" just irritated me. Further, Pipe Dreamz suggested 3 solutions that would prevent this from recurring. 1 - use CHEAP toilet paper that breaks up quicker and easier in the long pipe that runs horizonally the length of the house. That will SAVE me money. 2. Flush twice - Kind of defeating the purpose of the darned low-flow toilets. 3. If that does not work, since this problem started when I had to replace the original toilets with low-flow toilets, he suggested I upgrade to toilets that flush with more power. That would cost perhaps $800 but would put a end to these clogs. This guy is a true professional (and a really nice person)!
