What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $20 service fee is waived when the job is done. Very reasonable prices, lower than most other companies. We offer military and senior citizens discounts. We also offer a membership plan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss in great detail and answer all questions about the issue at hand. We also do an entire inspection of your home’s plumbing. Once issue or problem is diagnosed, we go to work and fix it as fast as we can.

We are respectful to all customers. We have worked with individuals or families, as well as big businesses.
