I want to begin by thanking Chris and Jonathan for their phenomenal work. These two gentlemen are God sent! Both are well-mannered, refined, and inherently wonderful human beings; I felt like I knew them since grade school. My trust with them was formed immediately!
They began work promptly, were well-organized, had all their parts and supplies, and quickly changed out my water heater. Furthermore, unbeknownst to me... they took it upon themselves to redo some of the pipes to give a more modern, cleaner, and efficient look to my HVAC/water heater area.
Bottom line, they took ownership of the project from start to finish. Not once did I have any anxiety. A+++
