It’s hard to remain calm after discovering leaked water on your bathroom floor overnight, and also knowing that you now have two commodes that have to be repaired or replaced. So, while trying to remain calm, I reached out to two different contractors on Thumbtrack.
Within five minutes, Eric of Golden Hands Plumbing Services LLC had answered my service request. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about how soon he could visit my home to diagnosis my plumbing situation. About 15 minutes later, he texted to inform me that he was in route to my home. Eric showed up on time with a pleasant and helpful demeanor, and he was professionally prepared to fix the problem.
He patiently diagnosed both bathrooms, and showed me the source of the water leak. Eric even followed me to Lowe’s to help transport two new commodes and the needed accessories to get the job done. The installations were very professional, and I have had no follow-up problems with the commodes in either bathroom.
Because it is truly hard to find good contractors, that are knowledgeable, pleasant, and honest, I am more than happy to wholeheartedly provide a positive review for Eric of Golden Hands Plumbing Services LLC.

I hired Eric to do a job on my mom’s master bathroom toilet and he diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues completely and in a timely manner. He also repaired a clogged sink that had been that way for a long time. He knows what he’s doing and his pricing is fair. He will be my go to plumber moving forward and should be yours too!

Punctuality and Responsiveness - Eric was the first to respond. He made sure that he was there to come out and inspect the problem at my home. I was running late to arrive home (20 minutes) when I notified him he was still willing to wait for me to arrive.
Work Quality - He took the time to not only show me the issue but also showed me the solution. He showed me the old pipe that was damaged and how he replaced it with the new pipe and how that will be more reliable than how it was installed previously.
Most importantly, he was willing to work on Saturday to get the work done so that I didn’t have to miss work. That alone spoke on his ethics. I would highly recommend Eric from Golden Hands Plumbing service.
