- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Home-n-Around Electric we supply all customers with an upfront price before any work is completed. Once the price is approved it will not change during the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls in we schedule an appointment that is convenient for them. We will send a fully trained technician to their home in which we will show up on time, provide an estimate at a fair price, complete the work in a timely manner,& clean up behind ourselves. We understand your safety, time, and your home is very important to you and we respect all of these. "We deliver old fashioned service not excuses".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Electricians are fully trained and complete regular ongoing training to make sure all work meets or exceeds requirements of the National Electrical Code. Your safety is out top priority.
