- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple ....but its more accurate if I see the project rather than just talking about it over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically arrange a time to give an estimate maybe ask for photos pertaining to the scope of work to have a better idea of what I'll be doing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a electrical engineering degree . Also I'm a certified electrician with another 4 years @ a apprentice program.
