Brittney & Spencer were great to work with. I sent a message asking questions on a job & Brittney responded immediately. She was clear on price & put us on the schedule. When Spencer came out to our home he ended up not charging us because it was a simple issue with our gas fireplace. He was professional, answered all our questions, and provided us with options for future upgrades. I will definitely be reaching back out in the future if we need our fireplace serviced or decide to upgrade.

I’ll start off by saying I completely have faith that these people intend to do good work but I never get a chance to work with them. They scheduled an inspection and then rescheduled.
I met them on site to discuss everything. Spencer seemed nice and knowledgeable, and I was prepared to hire him but I never received an estimate. I reached out to him and his wife several times and never received a response.
Spencer was made aware of the scope of work and the fact that I was withholding finishing the chimney at the top so they could perform their work. If I knew I was not going to receive an estimate after rescheduling to meet them I would have not withheld the work from being finished on my house and would have found someone else to go with.
