Our extremely old garbagedisposal had reached the end of its life and was leaking water. We found Alliance Construction on Thumbtack, and they were able to come out in less than 24 hours—no assessment appointment required.
They were professional, punctual, and easy to work with from start to finish. They charged a flat fee with no haggling and no surprise charges added later. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible in working with the garbagedisposal I purchased, including accommodating a power-cord model instead of a hard-wired unit.
We are very thankful for their excellent service and will definitely hire them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

John from Alliance was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He did an excellent job diagnosing and isolating our plumbing issue, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Although the repair wasn’t completed by Alliance, that was due to circumstances outside of his control. I was very impressed with his expertise and customer service and would definitely use Alliance again in the future. Highly recommend John!

I had a wonderful experience with John at Alliance Construction. I had an emergency issue with a toilet and couldn’t get parts so I needed a new toilet. I bought the wrong size and he even went with me to Home Depot to exchange the toilet. He was on time to the job too which I really appreciated!! He is very nice and extremely professional. I would recommend them highly for your home repairs and will use them again when something else comes up. Their number is on my fridge!! Again, I highly recommend Alliance.
