Traci and her team have completed several projects on my home. They did an awesome job! She has done both painting and a basementremodel as well as replacing flooring. Her attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her again in the future.

Working with Cochran was great. On time, done well, listen to choices and changes. Answered all my questions and gave advice when needed. Felt secure to leave a big kitchen remodel in their hands and got a great new kitchen of my dreams. They did my basementremodel a few years ago and will be calling them again whenever I do another project.

One of the reps from this company came out to give an estimate for remodeling my basement on Aug 12, 2023. The young lady said or rep provided me an estimate to remodel my basement on Aug 15,2023 for $107,340. I asked would you please provide me with the line item amounts so I know how you came to that amount. She agreed to send me an updated estimate with those amounts. I have requested the updated estimate 3 times since then, but no response. It’s kind of hard do business with someone when they don’t send you an updated estimate to determine how they arrived at $107,340. If you plan to do business with this company or any company for that matter make sure they send you an itemized estimate.
