We had a water leak in our house that required water mitigation followed by restoration. After another company did the plumbing and tile fixes, I was left with a variety of odds and ends fixes that still needed to be addressed. Saeid's reviews were stellar for drywall but also for overall handyman services. I had several holes in a ceiling where the original plumber had to cut into it to find the source of the leak, as well as a master bathroom that had drywall issues, baseboards that needed fixed and patch work from an old builder grade mirror that was taken down -- along with some painting and caulking. Saeid did a fantastic job! He's FAST -- the amount of work he knocked out in a day and a half was stunning. And the quality of his work was stellar. His communication and responsiveness were equally impressive. And I was impressed with his attention to detail, and going above and beyond to even fix a few things I had not originally asked for but he saw it needed to be addressed and just did it as a courtesy. And his price was more than reasonable for the quantity and quality of the work he did. Excellent value! I thought I'd need to hire several people for the odd variety of things that needed fixed but it turns out I just needed Saeid! He really is a jack of all trades and I will not hesitate to hire him again in an instant. Really appreciate the work he did!
