9/18/22 update: Everything turned out great. Ben promptly contacted me to explain why he missed our original appt. The apology was sincere and there were indeed extenuating circumstances beyond his control. Anyway, he agreed to come the next day. I couldn't be happier! Not only did he complete the job quickly and professionally, but he's a very skilled, experienced, and personable guy. I've already started a list of projects that I'll be bringing him back to do. If you're on the fence about hiring Ben, just do it. IMO, you wont regret it. I had high hopes based on the initial conversation with Ben. Unfortunately my appt time came and went without so much as a message, call, or text. And so far, no response to my text. The search continues for a qualified handyman that will actually show up.

I charge a $25 travel free for 20 miles or more. I provide a 20% discount to repeat clients. The $60 troubleshooting fee will be deducted from total cost of the A/C job.
