- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront, transparent, and based on the size of the home, condition level, and type of cleaning requested. I never add hidden fees. All quotes include supplies, equipment, and labor. I also offer discounts for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) as well as occasional promotional offers. My goal is to deliver high-quality cleaning at a fair and honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering a few details about your home and the type of cleaning you need. From there, I provide a clear quote and explain what’s included. Once we schedule your appointment, I send confirmation, reminders, and arrival updates. During the cleaning, we follow a detailed checklist to ensure complete consistency. Afterward, I check in to make sure everything meets your expectations, your satisfaction is always my top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional residential cleaning training focused on deep cleaning, sanitation, organization, and move-in/move-out cleaning standards. I continually study best practices in eco-friendly cleaning, disinfecting procedures, and efficiency systems so my clients receive consistent, high-quality results. I also train all cleaners I work with to maintain the same standards and checklist process.
