- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices aren’t written in stone. We are willing to negotiate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure that we are on the same page about what the customer want. After the cleaning we ask the customer to do a walk through of the cleaning. If for some reason we missed something, that will give the customer a chance to inform us while we are still at the customer’s home. No one is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience cleaning. I enjoy cleaning and keeping things organized.
