5 Star Work, Professionalism, Value. Completely satisfied from start to finish. Kevin arrived on Saturday, assessed the situation, quoted a fair price, and his team came ready work on Monday morning. He was extremely flexible with my schedule as well. He preps surfaces with plastic and drop cloths and his clean up is great too. You won’t be disappointed. His team is friendly as well. Let’s hope I don’t have any more projects, but if I do, I know who to call.

Kevin Penney has done several jobs for me in the past few months. It started with drying out a basement after a plumbing leak, and I liked him so much that I hired him to repair my roof, re-do thresholds and seals on several doors, install a chandelier, install a screen door, and we have one more shelving/painting project in my office that I'd like to get done before the end of the year. Hourly Rate: $50-$65 according to project. Will discount work 5% under all competitor pricing with competitors written estimate. Will paint walls only in small bedroom (12x12 or smaller) for $250 (labor only).
