FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Summit Land Management believes in clear, honest pricing. Estimates are based on the project scope, labor, equipment, materials, hauling, and disposal requirements. Any rental or disposal fees will be explained before work begins. Bundling related services or scheduling recurring maintenance may reduce the overall cost. If conditions change after work begins, we will discuss the options with you before performing additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your property, your goals, and any concerns you may have. Photos can help with an initial estimate, but some projects require an on-site assessment. We then provide a clearly defined scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, complete the work safely and respectfully, and review the finished project with you. Communication is maintained throughout the process so you know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Summit Land Management is owned and operated by a fire service officer with approximately 15 years of public-safety experience. That background includes leadership, risk assessment, technical problem-solving, equipment operations, incident planning, and working safely in challenging environments. We also bring hands-on experience with property maintenance, outdoor equipment, debris removal, vegetation management, and material installation.
