There is real power in thoughtful follow-up, and this experience proved it. When I initially reached out, I had not yet received my spouse’s approval on the expense of having our sheds roof replaced. I explained this to Brian, and he was completely understanding of the process. He was patient, kind, and—most importantly—consistent with his follow-up. About three weeks later, Brian checked in again. In fact, he had been reaching out every couple of days just to see if there were any updates. On one of those days, I finally said to myself, you know what, I’m ready. From that moment on, everything moved seamlessly. The team arrived at my home the very next morning, right on time. They began working immediately, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the job quickly and beautifully. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.
