Brian was very quick to respond to my request. 2 hours later we had a couple of guys complete the job with before and after pictures of the issue that created roof leak that damaged a ceiling. Brian provided a reasonable estimate and the final cost came out close to the estimate (there was a second roof issue that was also taken of). The roof was replaced a few years ago and not much care was taken on clean up and collateral damage. I think experience with Shingle pro was streets ahead of the replacement job.

Shingle Pro was the first to reach out to me and was able to not only give me an estimate but also start the job the same day if approved. Brian answered my questions and discussed my concerns with soffit and fascia repairs needed. He took care of the project by communicating with my tenant and sending me pictures throughout the job.
