- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Distance & Volume: Quotes are calculated based on round-trip mileage and the volume/weight of the items (Sprinter and Box Truck options available). Labor Inclusions: Our base quotes include standard loading and unloading. For specialized "white-glove" assembly or heavy hand-unloading (600+ lbs), a modest labor surcharge is applied upfront. After-Hours & Weekends: We provide 24/7 premium dispatch. Requests after 9:00 PM or on weekends include a standard "After-Hours" convenience fee. No Hidden Fees: Unlike many providers, we don't hit you with "surprise" fuel surcharges or stair fees on the back end. Discounts: We offer a 10% "Community Growth" discount for recurring B2B contracts, non-profits, and multi-home real estate portfolio moves.
