- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for opening or closing a pool is $250.00 plus cost of chemicals. Prices for maintenance is $60-$75 for weekly maintenance, $85 bi-weekly $100 for monthly visits. Prices for a service call is $110.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet or have a phone conversation with the customer to either discuss the service they are needing. We will then set up a time and date to go out to give a the customer a free quote. Before leaving, the customer will know exactly what we will be doing when we make our service call and/or maintenance call, as well as they price. We are dedicated to give you a great experience at a great value!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner/operator, I have over ten years experience in the pool service and maintenance business. I have worked with and learned from the very best in the business! Now, we are ready and willing to give you a service experience you will enjoy from a company that you will depend on for all of your pool maintenance and service needs!
