Michael is super knowledgeable and friendly. He came and saw our pool the same day I reached out to him. I have zero knowledge on pools and the upkeep of them but he answered all my questions thoroughly.
He cleaned my pool, got the dead frog and bugs out (which why I needed help. I wasn’t touching no dead bugs or frog 😩), and made my pool sparkle. I will be continuing to use his services … forever! 😜🙌🏽😁

Michael and his team are honest professionals. They came out to help me deal with some issues with a pool that came with the house i had just purchased. I know very little about pools but was eager to learn and Michael walked me through everything and on top of that, ensured me that he would help find solutions to the problem that didn't break my bank. I couldn't be more appreciative of that. After dealing with 2 pool companies prior to Great Blue Pools, that were expensive and not helpful at all, I finally feel like I'm in good hands.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for opening or closing a pool is $250.00 plus cost of chemicals.
Prices for maintenance is $60-$75 for weekly maintenance, $85 bi-weekly $100 for monthly visits.
Prices for a service call is $110.00 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet or have a phone conversation with the customer to either discuss the service they are needing. We will then set up a time and date to go out to give a the customer a free quote. Before leaving, the customer will know exactly what we will be doing when we make our service call and/or maintenance call, as well as they price. We are dedicated to give you a great experience at a great value!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner/operator, I have over ten years experience in the pool service and maintenance business. I have worked with and learned from the very best in the business! Now, we are ready and willing to give you a service experience you will enjoy from a company that you will depend on for all of your pool maintenance and service needs!
