Mario did a great job removing the tree from our yard. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The area looks much better now and the driveway is finally clear from the roots and debris. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and took care while working around the house and driveway. I called Mario’s today because with the rain the past few days, we had an uprooted tree leaning over our privacy fence and resting on our neighbor’s tree. They came out within a few hours with an entire crew and ready to go. They all did a fantastic job, they were fast and all worked together during the process. It ran smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about Mario’s Stump Grinding, LLC. They recently removed seven mature trees from my property in Douglasville, GA, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
They showed up right on time and were friendly and professional throughout the job. From our first conversation, the owners were responsive to all of my concerns and took the time to walk me through the treeremoval plan. One of the trees had heavy branches hanging over my neighbor’s roof, which made me nervous. Maria went the extra mile by personally speaking with my neighbor to explain the plan and make sure he felt comfortable. That meant a lot to both of us.
The crew followed proper safety protocols at every step. You could tell they take their work seriously. They worked efficiently but carefully, especially around the roofline and the deck (a tight space on a slope). When the job was done, they cleaned up all the debris and left my yard looking better than I expected.
Maria also took time to educate me about tree health and what to watch for in the future, which I really appreciated. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional. It felt like she and Mario genuinely cared about doing the job right.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted. If you would like to get a quote from us on any stumps to be removed, please give us a call so that we can set you up with a free estimate. Some stumps will require more than others and we want to make sure that you're getting a fair price for the right methods.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I meet with a customer and take a look at their stump I provide them with a quote for removal, If everything is ready to go, I can get started right away.
