Jerome was perfect for the job! He communicated and kept me updated at all times he arrived on time for our scheduled appointment our TVs were mounted perfectly. He even made sure the TVs were mounted to my liking. Jerome was very kind and communicated throughout the whole process. Jerome was a pleasure. We had a couple of bad experiences when trying to get our work done, no shows and rude customer service. Jerome wiped all that away! Excellent service. We hired Mounts R’ Us to come out to do a list of items, including installation of outdoor light fixture’s and switching indoor light fixture’s in the entry way and dining room.
