The good: Price was about 700 cheaper than budget blinds for 1.5in faux wood blinds. Blinds were ordered, delivered and installed within 2 weeks. The mediocre: The blind for my laundry room did not get ordered. When it came in, it was the wrong size. All in all I had to wait about 3-4 weeks to get the one for the laundry room. Upon close inspection, it looked like the factory where these came from (ABC Blinds) didn't have sharp enough equipment to cut the blinds because there were little chips on the edges of 3 of them. This wasn't really a big deal since you can't see it unless you're really close. I called Ron about this, and he ordered me some slats to replace the chipped ones at no cost. All in all, I think the price was great and the blinds look good now that I have the chipped slats replaced.Ron was responsive and he got me what I needed to be a satisfied customer.

Look for someone that has been in business for a long time. Anyone in business for a short time does not have the experience and may go out of business very soon, leaving you stuck on any warranty work.
