Alan was amazing to work with—hands down one of the best. I initially hired him to scrape and remove popcorn ceilings in a rental house I purchased, and he did an outstanding job, including skim coating the ceilings. Little did I know, Alan could do it all.
Without Alan’s help, I would still be working on this house. He hung sheetrock, sanded and finished it, painted the entire house, installed baseboards and trim, laid flooring, and painted the front porch railings and posts. He also helped clean out the crawl space and two sheds, leaving everything spotless.
On top of all that, Alan even handled landscaping—cutting back tree limbs and clearing overgrown areas in the backyard. This rental was a complete gut job, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without him.
Thank you, Alan, for your hard work and more than fair pricing. You won’t find anyone better who delivers this level of quality work at such great prices.

AP did a wonderful painting job at my home! He painted two rooms at a reasonable price. He was also friendly and helpful with questions I had about other home projects like getting rid of the hideous popcorn ceiling in my home.

I’ve already been recommending AP to friends for work and I will continue to request him for future projects.
