I threw a lot at Alan trying to renovate a house for renting or selling. Painting, woodwork, countertop correction, adding baseboards, rot wood correction, old bubbling paint remediation. Inside work. Outside work. A 100 year old house will do that to you. You name it, I needed it done. He came through within timeline and on budget. Alan was amazing to work with—hands down one of the best. I initially hired him to scrape and remove popcorn ceilings in a rental house I purchased, and he did an outstanding job, including skim coating the ceilings. Little did I know, Alan could do it all. Without Alan’s help, I would still be working on this house. He hung sheetrock, sanded and finished it, painted the entire house, installed baseboards and trim, laid flooring, and painted the front porch railings and posts. He also helped clean out the crawl space and two sheds, leaving everything spotless. On top of all that, Alan even handled landscaping—cutting back tree limbs and clearing overgrown areas in the backyard. This rental was a complete gut job, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without him. Thank you, Alan, for your hard work and more than fair pricing. You won’t find anyone better who delivers this level of quality work at such great prices.
