Mario did an outstanding job clearing about 20 large trees from my property, including one that was dangerously leaning toward the house. He’s incredibly hardworking, efficient, and gets the job done. He showed up on time, or even a little early, every single time. I highly recommend Mario to anyone needing dependable tree-clearing work and grading.

Lozano’s Grading prepared my land for a pole barn. They took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered it on time and in budget. Their bid was very competitive and yet I never felt they cut corners to deliver a top quality result. The whole team was very professional and make made sure that the site was left better than they found it. In addition, Mario, the owner, made helpful suggestions such as offering to straw the grading to keep it in build ready condition as my pole barn wouldn’t be going up for almost a month. I absolutely can recommend Lozano’s Grading and would use them again for any grading project.

Mario is wonderful. He really knows his stuff when it comes to landscaping, cutting trees, leveling the land, and resurfacing my drive way. He went over and beyond my expectations. I absolutely love my land now.

We had originally started with just a cement slab, the professionalism and knowledge of Mario was so amazing we had him do the whole job from start to finish which was clearing land, grading and doing the slab. He stayed in constant contact which was huge for us as we live a ways off from the property. Daily updates in videos, pictures, and phone calls. He FaceTimed us to show progress and ask questions. Any time something came up he was quick to discuss it and the options and their pricing before ever committing to any changes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 definitely highly recommend and will absolutely be using him in the future as well!
