- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free initial consultations that can be in person or over the phone. My current hourly rate on family law cases is $240/hour. At the initial consultation, we will discuss what the retainer will be. I don't charge up front for my personal injury cases, but instead will take theses cases under a contingency, meaning I won't take a fee unless I recover money for your injuries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can schedule an initial consultation online or over the phone. Once we meet or talk on the phone, we can discuss my retainer or other requirements for hiring me, and then go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and a Master's Degree in Social Work. I also have 18 years experience representing clients in personal injury claims, adoptions and other family law cases.
