Carrie was my personal trainer for three years. We have worked specifically on a bone strengthening program (BEST). She is an expert in this area.
She has also taught me interval training for cardiovascular fitness and many stretches, which I have incorporated into my routine. She draws from her broad knowledge of body work, including yoga, pilates, running, weight training, and physical therapy, to give her clients a full range of workout options.
Carrie is particularly good at working with people with injuries and disabilities. She can adapt a workout on a momentâs notice and work around the pains, strains and limitations her clients present to her. Everyone I know who works out with Carrie really appreciates this about her.
I wasnât trying to lose weight while training with Carrie, but I did, and Iâm happy about it. I am in better shape now (at age 66) than I have ever been in my life. Iâm strong, slimmed down and love being active. I give credit to Carrie for her encouragement and leadership and commend her without reservation. She is highly professional, ethical and caring and a wonderful human being.
