FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat our prospects and customers like we want to be treated! We like to come to their house, look exactly at how large the area, the type of floor or carpet, the specific types of stains and wear. Each detail can change the price of doing a first rate, top-notch, "I can't believe how good they look!" type job. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies who give cheap estimates, then send a technician who makes more money if they can "upsell" from their listed estimate. We wouldn't want to be treated like that, so we don't do it! We aren't cheap, and we aren't for everybody - that's fine! We guarantee the best job that you have ever had, and we know you are going to be so happy that you will tell everyone about us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have all had extensive training and we continue to educate ourselves in industry technology. Our main two technicians have almost 20 years experience.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any company who is willing to give you a firm, guaranteed price on carpet or floors that they haven't seen, is a company that doesn't care about superior quality, great service, or they plan on "upselling" you once they get there. Someone once said out of Quality, Service, and Price, you can get two but never all three.
