Jonathan (owner) responded to my request immediately, which was appreciated as my HVAC was non-functional and I had houseguests. He assessed the situation and offered several different options/price points. Jonathan happily offered to begin the install on Sunday! My home is historic (built in 1906) so he ran into several roadblocks switching out the old system but he never gave up. He worked tirelessly over 3 days to ensure I had HVAC all up to code. My new system heats the house far more efficiently than the old system and I feel confident that Jonathan provided me with a great service. I highly recommend Henson Heating & Air.

Great experience! New to the area and only had reviews to go off of. Very helpful explaining our home system to us and teaching us step by step on what to expect. Tried to save us money by recommending ways to fix our old unit but in the end decided going new was the best route and most cost effective in the long run. Should up for a consultation and walk through the same day I reached out and we had a new system installed a few days later along with maintenance on our second unit. Thankful!

Friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Found Henson Heating And Air via Nextdoor at 8pm. By 830pm Jonathan had already called to confirm an appointment for the next morning. By noon the my AC was fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
