I dealt with Jonathan over the phone only (I was at work) but I was impressed. He alerted me to a poor and dangerous condition of my furnace. His pricing is good and he struck me as a very thorough and honest guy. Later on he helped me over the phone to light a pilot light. Yes, that’s how inept I’m. I plan on using Jonathan in the future.

He explained everything in detail to us, showed us how things work and even explained the “why” behind every move he made. He was a real gentleman, responsive to messages and punctual as well.
